The Applied Software Technology Group welcomes our new team member Daniel Martens.
Daniel joined our group in June 2016 as a research associate and a doctoral candidate under the supervision of Prof. Walid Maalej. He holds a bachelor and master degree in computer science from the University of Hamburg and has a substantial industry experience in particular with developing iOS apps.
Daniel’s current research interests include the democratization of software development (crowdsourcing in RE) and the participatory elicitation of climate data using smart devices and smart sensors.
At MAST he will be responsible a.o. for the “globalization” of M-Lab (app development course) with our international partners. We are looking forward to working with him.
