FES Doctoral Scholarship for Timo Johann
MOBISA�member and doctoral student Timo Johann receives a Ph.D. scholarship from the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. Timo’s research interests include social software engineering, user involvement, and green computing.
Besides a financial support, the scholarship includes the participation in workshops, seminars, as well as an international network on scientific and political issues. The Friedrich Ebert Foundation is financially funded and subsidized by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and supports students with outstanding academical and political achievements. Its main goals are to promote political and societal education of people from all walks of life in the spirit of democracy and pluralism, to enable young people the opportunity to study and do research through grants, and to work toward international understanding and cooperation.
